15-series Water Cooling Jacket
Installation Instructions

Step 1: Remove 4 screws, plastic endcap and rear O-ring

Step 2: Slide plastic endcap over motor.


Notes: Align recessed side with motor wires.
Recessed holes should face back of motor,
flat side should face shaft side.

Step 3: Slide O-Ring over motor to last ribbed fin.

Step 4: Slide jacket over motor until it stops.
Rear O-ring should be flush with back of jacket.

Step 5: Move ring to back of jacket, install 4 screws.
Do not over tighten, blue Loctite recommended.


Step 6: Mount motor into boat.

Step 7: Install water cooling lines.

Step 8: Send it!
