4. After submitting your order, you will be contacted by the Castle Customer Service Team to complete your account setup the first time. To expedite the process, you can email (sales@castlecreations.com) or fax a copy of your U.S. military ID or form DD214 to or (913) 390-6164 ATTENTION: SALES, and be sure to include the ORDER NUMBER that you received when your order was placed.
5. Your order will not be shipped until after your eligibility is verified, however, once verified it will be permanently noted in your customer account.
