Dave has been building, designing, and flying Radio Controlled (R/C) aircraft for 38 years from the age of six, learning from his father, a lifelong modeler. He loves Precision Aerobatics in which he has earned 2 US National Championships and currently compete in the Fédération Aéronautique Internationale (FAI) - F3A and F3P classes. He’s recognized within the Northeastern US R/C and National Pattern (F3A and F3P) communities and is on the USA F3P Team for the 2017 World Championships. In his spare time, he is the author for the aerobatics column for Park Pilot.
