Losi Promoto-MX™

Castle Creations motor and ESC combo recommendations for the Losi Promoto-MX.

Mamba X w/1410-3800kv - Stock gearing (20T pinion) on 2s = ~40MPH - Equivalent to factory setup.
Cobra 10 w/1412-3200kv* - Stock gearing (20T pinion) on 3s = ~50MPH
Mamba X w/1412-6400kv** - Stock gearing (20T pinion) on 3s = ~60MPH (NON-WARRANTY, SHORT SPEED RUNS ONLY)

Requires 5mm bore, 32-pitch pinion. Robinson Racing is highly recommended.

* - Experts Only. Requires modification to side plate to fit longer motor. Requires BEC 2.0 installation programmed to 8.5v and wired to Flywheel ESC.
** - Experts Only. This is a very aggressive setup. It can only be run for 1 single pass. Very high quality, high discharge batteries are required. Requires modification to side plate to fit longer motor.

Note: All speed estimates are with stock tire diameter, high quality batteries and appropriately sized battery connectors.
