Help us improve your Castle customer care experience. Follow the instructions in the QUICK START section below and let us know if your return is a non-warranty repair or a warranty claim. Enter the data as requested in the subsequent pages, print the receipt and include it in your package. If you cannot print the receipt just include a note with your name and address and the exact contents of the return. We'll be ready for you when your package arrives!

    1. Include the following:
      1. Castle Creations Order Confirmation.
      2. If claiming warranty work, your receipt showing date of purchase.
      3. Your credit card information may expedite your repair if we deem the repair to be a non-warranty matter.
      4. A check or money order if you are requesting non-warranty work and you did not provide a credit card.

Castle Creations cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments, or packages that do not arrive at Castle. Please be sure to properly package your item (putting your ESC in a white envelope and dropping it in the mailbox is not a good idea), and use adequate postage. Packages shipped with incorrect postage will be refused.

WARRANTY REPAIRS

PROCESS REPAIR



  1. Please select the product that needs to be repaired from the "Warrranty Repair" list on the right and click "Process Repair". You will be taken to a page that shows a summary of your repair request. If you are sending more than one product to us for repair, please process each item separately.
  2. Click "Check Out Now".
  3. Click "Process Repair" (make sure to select this option or you will not be able to process your repair).
  4. Complete the form and click "Submit Secure Order". This will send your data to Castle and we will be expecting your package.

Our normal procedure is to inspect the returned item to determine if it is a warranty matter. We then have to contact customers who have sent a controller in that is not covered by warranty in order to get their billing information for a flat rate replacement. This may add several days to the process. If you choose to supply us with your credit card information in advance, your replacement should be turned around more quickly than if we have to contact you. Providing this information will NOT affect our decision as to the warranty or non-warranty status of the return.

WARRANTY IS VOIDED BY

  • Using controller outside of its intended performance specification (running outside of MAX voltage/current, gearing, or wrong application/vehicle).
  • Physical damage including crash, or water submersion.
  • Modification of controller such as soldering on controller, gluing items on the controller, potting the controller, etc. There are no user-serviceable parts on these controllers, we do not recommend attempts to repair or solder on the board.

Note: warranty is for original purchaser of the product only. Warranty is non-transferable.

NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS

You will be taken to a page that shows a summary of your repair request. If you are sending more than one product to us for repair, please process each item separately.
  2. Click "Check Out Now".
  3. Click "Process Repair".
  4. Complete the form and click "Submit Secure Order". This will send your data to Castle and we will be expecting your package

Non-warranty repair/replacement prices are listed.

Please use the online system to enter your billing and credit card information. This will eliminate the delays that may result from our having to reach you by phone to collect this information.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION

Providing Castle with your controller and credit card authorization shall serve as your authorization to bill you for the FLAT RATE REPAIR / REPLACEMENT cost of the controller that you send to Castle for repair or replacement. Unless you instruct us otherwise, we will first check to see if the repair/replacement is a warranty matter for which there is no charge. If warranty does not cover your controller, we will bill your credit card and send you a replacement/repaired controller as quickly as our stock will permit.

Nothing in this site or our warranty provides any guarantee of timeliness of our repair/replacement process. We deeply value your business and we look forward to serving you as efficiently as possible!

*Replacement controllers may be new stock or factory refurbished controllers.

**Repair stock is subject to availability. At times there may be a significant delay due to production schedules, parts shortages or other factors beyond our control. Seasonal fluctuations in our workload and parts availability affect our turn around time. We will do our very best to advise the current lead time.
