Dealer Repairs

DEALERS -
If you have replaced warranty products on behalf of Castle Creations, Inc. and need to return those items for replacement of your stock please use this form.

Please provide as much information as possible for each returned product. This will help us keep track of the environment our controllers are used in and with what type of equipment.

You will need to make sure that the items you warranted on our behalf are truly warranted in accordance to our warranty policy.

Our warranty is one (1) year from the date of purchase WITH proof of purchase, so all returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the customer's purchase receipt showing the date of purchase.

The following are considered to void the warranty:

  • Use outside of its intended performance specification (running outside of MAX voltage/current, gearing, or wrong application/vehicle).
  • Physical damage including crash, or water submersion.
  • Modification on any Castle product except those for which we sell serviceable parts. We do not recommend attempts to repair or solder on the board.

If there is any doubt in the validity of the warranty claim have the customer go through our normal warranty process, which can be started here.
