Support, Service and Repair
CURRENT LEAD TIME FOR REPAIRS IS 2 WEEKS.
(replacement time will vary with stock levels)
No return authorization number is needed. Simply fill out the SERVICE REQUEST FORM and send the product in.
To receive the best possible service we recommend the following:
Fill out and print the SERVICE REQUEST FORM (116k PDF) - NOTE: This is an interactive form that can be filed out on your computer with Adobe's free Adobe Reader software which is pre-installed on most computers. It must be printed immediately as it cannot save your information. Please fill out the form in its entirety, and be as comprehensive as possible.
When sending an item in for repair, be sure to include the following:
- The Service Request Form
- If claiming warranty work, your receipt showing date of purchase.
- A check or money order if you are requesting non-warranty work (see table below for repair fees).
- Make certain to package your product for safe transport and use a prepaid, traceable shipping method.

Repairs due to component or workmanship failure and purchased within the one-year warranty period are provided at no charge.
Repairs outside the warranty period or repairs that are necessary due to misuse, abuse, neglect, or incorrect wiring will be repaired at the current flat rate repair fee (see schedule below).
We will send you a tracking card and/or email noting that we have received your repair. If you do not receive a tracking card/email within ten working days from the date you sent your return in, please contact our Repair Department.
Seasonal fluctuations in our workload and parts availability affect our turn around time. We will do our very best to advise the current lead time. However, until a technician has looked at your product and while it is still undetermined what the course of action will be, our lead time may not be as accurate as we’d like. Please contact our Repair Administrator at (913) 390-6939 ext.113 if you have any questions.
