Mamba Monster is here. Finally, a bulletproof Castle controller for MONSTER TRUCKS AND 1/8th Scale Conversions. Is your truck ready?

Here's what you need to know about the ESC:

• Up to 6S LiPo (25V) input
• Switching BEC on board so you can use the BEC even with the 25V input
• HUGE 6.5 mm gold plated connectors look great and really serve a purpose - they handle all that power!
• Built-in cooling fan helps keep the Monster cool when he's working hard to shred your truck.

We have a complete line of complimentary little necessities such as pinions, conversion kits, and a motor in the works, but they are going to take a few more weeks, so we are releasing the controller first.

Great, so what do I do with just a controller?

We have Monster motors in the works right now, and we'll be selling combo packages in the near future. In the meantime, we'd like to recommend the following motors. These are simply the best made motors that we know of. They are handmade, not mass-produced, so the price will reflect that fact. These motors will rock your EMAXX with their NEO magnets, high quality bearings, 5mm shaft and high quality lams. Trust us, you need high quality lams.

Power your Monster!

Probably going to need some batteries too. We don't sell batteries but we have some good buddies that do. Brian over at Tanic Packs can put together the perfect A123 pack for your EMAXX. 6S 2P A123 is what we use in our Monster EMAXX. Tons of power, incredible durability, quick recharge (only15 minutes!), and the safety of the A123 technology. Tanic Packs is also offering a great deal on a 4S A123 pack. Your monster truck should be a non-smoking zone, right?

Programming Options

Just like the rest of Castle's car controllers, the following Mamba Monster settings can be changed with the transmitter:

• Low battery voltage cut-off warning
• Brake strength
• Lockout reverse mode
• Timing adjustment
• Start-up mode
• Reverse speed

The Mamba Monster ESC includes Castle Link™ USB Programming Kit– drivers can use their Castle Link and a Windows PC to tune and tweak additonal settings, such as:

• Throttle response curve
• Brake response curve
• Saved profile setup files
• Punch control
• Separate brake strength
• Separate reverse power
