Factory Team Pilot: Scott Pavlock

I've been flying for about five years. I have been competing in Precision Aerobatics for about four years, and I absolutely love it. During the summer, other than work, I spend most of my time flying. When I go out to the field, I make sure I’m always having fun whether it’s practicing pattern or doing 3D. I believe the most important thing when it comes to this hobby is to keep having fun. Some of my proudest accomplishments are when I won the Matt Chapman Youth Masters in 2003, and also when I took second place in Advanced at the 2005 Nationals. I have also won the district championship every year I have been competing. 2006 will be my fifth year flying pattern and will be flying in the Masters class. My goals for this year are to make the finals at the nationals, and have an even more fun year than last. My favorite parts about competing are the traveling and meeting new people. I believe the people I’ve met while flying pattern have been some of the nicest and smartest people I’ve ever met. I would like to thank my parents for everything they’ve done for me in this hobby. I would be nowhere without them
