I have been flying both remote control airplanes as well as full size airplanes for more than 15 years. I have been exposed to the hobby of flying remote control airplanes since birth as my father and grandfather have both been involved in it for over 40 years. My father, Richard, has been a great influence on me in my flying career. His dedication has not only allowed me the opportunity to hone my pattern competition skills but also allowed me to become a Certified Flight Instructor of full size aircraft. My favorite part of flying besides the competition is going to the field or to an event and sharing my knowledge and passion for the hobby with others.
